Q: How do I get my monthly internet bill reimbursed?

A: You must provide a copy of the portion of your internet provider billing that documents the portion of the bill that is for internet service. Kristie Henderson in the Administration Office, 301 East Spruce Street, will make the copy and submit it to our business office for reimbursement. Reimbursements will only be submitted for the current school year. After school board approval, this check will be mailed to you.

Q: How can I view my child’s academic progress?

A: Parents can log in through PowerParent to view their child’s grades for those courses taught by TASD teachers. Courses secured through an outside vendor will require the student to share the academic or login information with parents.

Q: How do I submit my written excuse for an absence?

A: You may use a standard excuse blank and mail it or drop it off with Kristie Henderson in the Administration Building. Emails containing absence information will be accepted; however a follow-up phone call will be made for parental verification of the absence.

Q: What should we do in the event of a computer malfunction or power outage?

A: In the event that there are technical difficulties with your computer or you experience a power outage, call the tech support line at 814-827-0541 immediately to discuss the problem. This will be taken into consideration for attendance purposes. A written excuse for the absence will be necessary. Technical difficulties or power outages lasting more than one day will require the student to come to Titusville High School or Titusville Middle School to log on until the problem is resolved.
