The Titusville School District is committed to the philosophy that each school must continually work to improve student achievement by providing quality teaching and quality leadership at the building level. A data focused approach has been developed throughout the district and it has become a significant part of each school’s improvement process. Each building has program improvement teams that organize, review, and analyze data to discover root causes and then develop plans of action. Once the plans are implemented, an ongoing process is followed to analyze effectiveness and identify necessary revisions that are required to make the plans more successful. The District has numerous growth and improvement initiatives which have been started or are part of other programs that are in various stages of implementation in each of the schools.
