Customer Service Representative – (2-11 PM shift)
- Customer Service handles inbound calls for customers that we service their loans for.
· Handle servicing for first and second mortgages on delinquent (the majority) and current accounts.
· Answer general account information questions such as: What is my balance? Why did my payment go up? Did you get my payment? Do you refinance? What is my balance?· Take E-payments from
· Help customers navigate the website for payment and account information
· Additional tasks as assigned, including but not limited to: Copying, scanning items into our
document custodian, making occasional follow up outbound calls and other duties as assigned.
· Shift hours vary with a required one or two Saturdays per month. These hours may change upon the
needs of the company.· Responsible for meeting legal requirements and following internal policies
· Problem Solving
· Typing/Adding Machine/Copier/Fax
· Proficient with Word, Excel, Internet
- Proficient with PC
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong Verbal Communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and efficiently
· Team Work
· Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience as a customer
