Apples for the Students
Another program that we would like to get more involved in is "Giant Eagle Apples for the Students".  As soon as you register your Giant Eagle Advantage Card with this program, we begin to earn points for our school.  We get points from Giant Eagle and GetGo.  We will get a check at the end of the 4th period which is usually around May.  To register your Giant Eagle Advantage Card, go to GiantEagle.com/AFTS, enter our school ID# 5690, and then shop at our local Giant Eagle store and GetGo.  We hope you will participate, it is for the students here at Hydetown Elementary!
Box Tops for Education
We have started the school year at Hydetown Elementary once again with Box Tops for Education program.  This year we are going to try to send them in monthly, or every 2 months.  We want to try to have a competition among homerooms every 9 week period.  So please help us.  If you clip them, do not hold them too long because they do expire.  Also, if they are brought in every 9 week period, your child's homeroom may win!!.  For additional information there is a link under School Notes.
