Tobacco Prevention - YWCA Video Contest
The NWPA Tobacco Control Program invites all Titusville Middle School and Titusville High School students to participate in a video contest to raise awareness of the dangers of using spit tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape pens and hookahs.
The contest is sponsored by the YWCA in celebration of kick butts day, a campaign for tobacco-free kids.
Entries must be between 15-seconds and 1-minute long and uploaded to YouTube by Tuesday, March 14, 2017 with the tag: YWCA Titusville KBD 2017.
The YWCA will host a People's Choice Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, March 15th from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. -- every is welcome to attend. Eligibile entries will be peer reviewed and contest winners announced. Winners will receive an awards package donated by local businesses and have their video aired on the announcements at school. All participants will receive a t-shirt.
