Main Street School combines the classic architecture and strength of the original structure with state-of-the-art technology and systems of today.  The school has 41 full and part time faculty and support staff members, approximately ten percent of the students have IEPs, and less than 50 percent of the students with IEPs score at/above proficient in reading and math. As the oldest building in the district, it is considered a hub of theTitusville community.

The MainStreet Elementary School dates back to 1912.  During the last century, it has served as a high school, a junior high school, and now serves as an elementary school housing approximately 320 students in grades one through five.  The original building was extensively renovated and expanded in 2002.
