Biographical Information:
 Mr. Maine joined the staff at TASD in July 2019 as the Director of Federal Programs, Curriculum and Learning.  He is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, a Masters of Education in Middle & High School Education, and a Masters in Educational Leadership. Jesse also received his K-12 Principal Certificate, completing his principalship at the Erie Bayfront Center during their 2012 Summer Migrant Education Program. Modeling lifelong learning, Jesse is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at Robert Morris University, studying the impact of leaders’ emotional intelligence on the success of STEM Learning Ecosystems. Jesse’s professional learning network fuels his creativity within his field; he is an active member of the Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool/Youth Development Network (PSAYDN), Pennsylvania Association for Educational Communications & Technology (PAECT), Association for Supervision of Curriculum Development (ASCD), Pennsylvania Federal Programs Coordinators (PAFPC), the American Educational Research Association (AERA) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Jesse was a 2018 PA STEM Ambassador and is still an active member of the PA STEM Coalition.
