Director’s Message

Welcome to the Titusville Area School District Special Education Department!
Whether you’re new to our district or have been part of the Rocket family for years, we’re glad you’re here.
Our mission is to ensure every student is supported, challenged, and given the opportunity to reach their full potential. Every student has unique strengths, interests, and abilities, and our goal is to ensure those strengths are recognized while providing the individualized support each child needs to be successful.
We know that navigating special education can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why our team is committed to building strong relationships with families and working together every step of the way. Parents and caregivers know their children best, and we value your voice as an essential part of every decision we make. When schools and families work together with trust, communication, and a shared commitment to students, incredible things can happen. We are committed to maintaining open communication and working alongside you throughout your child’s educational journey. Whether your child is just beginning their educational journey or preparing for life after graduation, we are here to support, encourage, and partner with you along the way.
I am proud of our dedicated team of educators, therapists, paraprofessionals, and support staff who work each day to create inclusive, supportive learning environments where students can thrive. We are proud to provide a continuum of services that meets students where they are while preparing them for meaningful futures: academically, socially, and beyond the classroom.
Thank you for trusting us with your child. It is a privilege to partner with your family, and we look forward to celebrating your child’s growth and success together.
If you ever have questions, need support, or simply want to connect, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help.
Yours in Education,
Tracy Delmonaco
